Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars, Operations Research Technical Manual was discovered on July 7, 1986 when an employee of the Boeing Aircraft Company purchased a surplus IBM copier for scrap parts at a sale. Inside the copier was discovered detailed plans undoubtedly put together during the early days of the Cold War between the Soviet Union (Russia) and The United States of America. 

This cryptic, detailed anonymous document called for control of the masses of Americans and eventually the peoples of the world through manipulation of industry, media, entertainment, education and political party posturing.
